These are Andrea's friend. They are siblings. Jacob and Julia. We live close by.They were here last night while waiting for their Mom from school. When Dave knew that they were there, he surprised them with ICEE. The kids enjoyed the ICEE, they were ecstatic about it despite the cold weather outside. The weather last night was in the 30's yet the kids didn't mind it. They were all so eager to eat/drink their ICEEs.
