False Claims

Different supplements are flooding the market today. Some supplements promises results that are beyond your imagination. Some supplements help one to burn fats, lose weight, gain muscles and such. Because many people are hooked to these supplements there are also many fake supplements that are sold in the market. I wouldn't be surprised if there are people who claims that they are scammed. I know that there are a few distributors who provides false claims on their products. I even heard about force factor scam. I don't know why people will provide false claims for their own good.

Taking Care of our Folks

Family is the most important thing to me. I grew up in a culture where we always take care of our old folks. We don't have the means to send our folks to nursing homes and besides it is not customary for us. We always end up taking care of the needs of our parents, grandparents and even in-laws.

Living in the USA, I saw a lot of difference when it comes to providing care with the old folks. There are many Assisted Living or Independent Living communities that are available here. When the old folks or the seniors in the family desires to live leisurely and hassle-free they can choose to live in an active retirement community, apartments or condos. These types of senior living offer different and extra services for the convenience of any seniors.

I know that with the fast-paced life that we live in the USA it is important to have a professional to take care of our folks when we are too busy to do so. When they are living in an Assisted Living community, seniors who need help with daily activities will be provided with the necessary help that they need i.e., meals, bathing, dressing, housekeeping, and other needs.

The Bridesmaids

One of our Filipina friends is getting married next month. All of us her friends were asked to be bridesmaids. I have declined because I have reason. So, basically most of my friends are in frenzy now about this coming wedding. Since most of them are bridesmaids, they want to look really good on the wedding day. They are now doing zumba, walking and other exercises in order to shed a few pounds on the wedding event.
