Ready to Fish

We are ready for another fishing trip. Today, we will be fishing again and I am sure that we will have a lot of fun just like last week. We tried to use cricket last week and the result was good thus, today we will be using crickets again. We hope to catch more crappie, bigger brim and bass. Wish us luck!

Why I love fishing

I love to eat fish. I can eat fish everyday. I grew up eating fish everyday and I miss it so much. When I migrated here in the USA, there is no way that I can get fresh fish everyday.

Now, with hubby fishing every weekend, I can get fresh fish! He always caught some fish when he goes fishing and it makes me so excited to cook them.

Yesterday, he went fishing again and caught some. I was excited to clean it and cook it with coconut milk.

I cooked this... and I enjoyed eating it too!

Fall Fishing

Alabama's tourism has suffered because of the BP oil spill. The tourism industry hopes to bounce back with the Red snapper fall fishing. Tackle shops, restaurants, hotels and stores that suffered steep declines in revenue are hoping for big revenue boosts from snapper fishing this fall.

The federal government has approved an unusual autumn fishing season for the popular fish (red snapper), which is a favorite prey for anglers who missed nearly an entire summer of saltwater fishing because of the BP oil spill.

Some of my friends are already planning for this... the good thing about this, I can get some share of the fish .... that's how generous my friends are!
