Watch Replacement

I had a beautiful watch - Elgin brand. I love it and it has sentimental value as it was hubby's gift to me on my birthday before we got engaged. It was beautiful. Then, after few years, it stopped working but I still kept it because of its sentimental value.

I have never bought an expensive watch anymore. I just bought those $10 or below watch just so I have a watch to look up the time. I really didn't care much about having a more reliable watch until I saw some beautiful designs of citizen watches. I think that they are durable and of high quality. I am thinking of buying one as a gift for myself.

The Best Dad

I am very lucky to have the best father any child could have. My dad is not perfect but he is the best father in the whole world for me. I am also luckier that my husband is the best father to my daughter. I know that life in the USA is fast-paced yet, my husband never fails to spend some time with our daughter. They always bond and spend quality time. They enjoy their time together playing, reading books, walk and a lot more. I am so proud of my husband for doing such a good job in making sure that he can spend some time with our daughter even how stressful his day at work is.

This coming father's day, we want to give him something special. A gift that will remind him how thankful we are for having him in our lives. The gift will be from me and from my daughter. I saw some Military Watches and I think it is the perfect gift for him. I find this kind of watch perfect for him because of its durability. Considering my hubby's type of work, he needs a reliable and durable watch that will withstand his type of job. I am also thinking of ordering it online and perhaps engraved a personalize message on it.

Oh my!? My Watch!

My watch that I wore for the past 4 years has a sentimental value to me. It was given to me by my fiance (now my hubby). It was his first birthday gift to me. After more than 4 years of service, it finally retired. It just stopped working. I don't know if we can repair it or not but nonetheless it served me well for the past 4 years. I guess it is time for me to get a new one as much as I hate to replace it.

I think it will not be practical to repair it because I am sure that repairing it will be more costly then buying a new one. Anyway, as I was looking for a watch at bluedial.com, I found something I like. One is a Seiko SUJC88 Ladies Watch Gold Tone Bangle Style Dress Watch with Diamonds and the other one is a movado watch - Movado 0606240 Ladies Watch Harmony Two Tone Stainless Steel Black Dial with Diamonds.


So what you guys think about this watch? Which one should I buy? The one in the left which is the Seiko or the on in the right which is a Movado?
