Good Hygiene

I am very impressed with every public rest rooms here in the USA. It is always clean and it has supplies inside them. All of the rest rooms that I have been to has hand dryers on them. Promoting cleanliness and good hygiene is maintained at all times here. I also like the idea that every public place should have a restroom. Having a toddler who can't control the frequency of going to the bathroom it becomes very handy when you go out knowing that there is a place to change them when they need too. I also like the fact that they provide a room for family bathroom where you can accompany your toddlers when they use a bathroom or you can change your babies with the diaper table that they provide.

Huge Bathrooms

Have you ever watched one of those shows that feature a large house with enormous bathrooms? Those bathrooms are like a suite from betterbathrooms.com. The furnitures, accessories, mirrors and enclosures are just perfect and it makes the bathroom so elegant. The bathroom in itself is a huge room.

Don’t get me wrong, I love our bathroom. It serves its purpose well and it also serves as my getaway sometimes. I love my alone time in the bathroom after a long day’s work. I appreciate those moments of quiet when I just get to soak in a warm bubble bath and think of nothing to relax myself. Sometimes I even light scented candles around the tub to wind down. The bathroom is actually kind of my escape sometimes.

I wonder though if big houses with big bathrooms also go through such an experience. I mean they have their indoor spa and pool, and sometimes even their own sauna that their bathroom is just what it is, a bathroom. It’s not a big deal really but sometimes we learn to value things or rooms in life because it adapts to the way we live. If I lived in a mansion, maybe I wouldn’t be feeling so sentimental about my bathroom either… but then again, who knows?

Beautiful Bathrooms

I have mentioned that we have 5 bathrooms in our house. You see we are a very big family. I have 8 siblings, plus the sons-in-law and daughters-in-law and their kids, there are plenty of us and having 5 bathrooms serve the purpose. I know it is not very common in our place to have more than two bathrooms. Actually, most houses has only one. Having 5 is like a luxury. For us it is a necessity. It will surely be a problem if one has to the need to use while the other is using it thus we ended up having 5 bathrooms.

Our bathrooms are not ordinary. They all have a flush mount ceiling lights and other contemporary lighting. It doesn't have the same standards like here in the USA but it has all the necessary things needed. Not all the bathrooms have big and double vanity. Most of them has a single vanity and only one has a bathtub. We are lucky that my brother is an electrical engineer so he was the one who design the electrical wiring of our whole house and did most of the work when it comes to installing those beautiful lights.

I am a "sucker" for a beautiful bathroom. I think the bathroom is one of my comfort zones because I always like to relax in the bathroom.
