I Shed Like a Dog

I used to have a very healthy, long, straight hair. That was before I experienced falling hairs. Oftentimes, hubby tells me that I shed like a dog. With the light colored carpet that we have, you really can see how much hair I shed. I know I need the aid of a hair loss shampoo that can help stop my falling hairs and return to its normal state. I really didn't give much attention to my falling hair until I noticed that my daughter has more hair than I have and to think she is just 2 years old.

Have your hairs fallen excessively? If so, please tell me what did you do to stop it.

Bad Hair Days

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are mine.

Have you ever experienced having a bad hair day? The day when whatever you do with your hair or however hard you try to style your hair, it seems that it is not working for you? These days are so frustrating especially if you are running out of time and you need to attend some important gathering.

During the first few months that I live here in the USA, I had the worst hair days of my life. Hair Care was a lot of struggle. Due to sudden change of the weather, I experienced having a very dry scalp which resulted to dandruff and very dry hair. I came from a country where the weather never gets below 85F, and when I got here the weather was like below 10F. Can you imagine the shock I experienced? It was really cold and my skin was not yet accustomed to it and so does my hair. It was no doubt that the sudden change of the weather has a negative effect on my skin and hair. Looking back, I know I tried different moisturizer cream just to get myself comfortable. It did take a while before my body was accustomed to the winter season.

Nowadays, when I met people that experience the same concern that I had when I just got here, I always tell them to try WEN products. They have a healthy hair care system that will let you say goodbye to bad hair days.

Regrow Your Hair

There are many causes of scalp hair loss. In general, most hair loss is not associated with systemic or internal disease. For some who are frantic about their hair loss, I think there is nothing to worry about because as I mentioned, most hair loss doesn't associate with any internal disease. I am sure that finding out this fact is a major relief.

The problem of hair loss has resulted in many myths and misconceptions. For instance, wearing hats does not "choke off" hair roots and promote baldness. Likewise, longer hair does not put a strain on roots. There are many myths about hair loss which sometimes are scary. The fact is, rapid shedding after childbirth, fever, or sudden weight loss can happen. This is nothing to be worried about as this is normal.

In case you noticed that your hair loss is no longer normal and it is way more that your daily falling hair, it is then time to check for hair loss cure. With so many hair loss products that are available in the market today, be sure to look for the product that contains clinically proven ingredients. Hair Loss

I loss hair more than a normal person do. It is somewhat funny because hubby always tells me, "you shed like a dog". Whenever we clean our carpet you can really notice hairs and it is mostly mine because my black hair is very noticeable in our light colored carpet.

I am really not concerned about my hair loss until I see myself losing a lot of hair. It looks like my 2 year old daughter has more hair than I have. I think I really have to find solution on how to prevent hair loss. I surely don't want to be bald at my "young" age.
