Getting Fit

Being fit means being physically and emotionally healthy. This can be attained through exercise and good nutrition.

Becoming fit is a struggle to most women especially to those that have given birth. After you gave birth, the weight you gained during pregnancy is really hard to get rid of. To become fit, you have to go an extra mile and take great discipline and commitment.
