Acne affects everyone. I know how annoying it is to have acne especially in your face. For teenagers, having acne can lower self-esteem. If you have acne chances are, your peers are gonna tease you about it.
I have my shares of acne but I am lucky enough not to have it at all times. I usually have acne when I lack sleep. I don't know what's the connection but that was what usually happens to me.
