Since I am a newbie, I don't know how to get on the horse. The horse is so big that I don't think I can ever get on it without any help. Good thing, there was a step ladder whose purpose is for easy climbing to the horse. Obviously it worked!
The ride was fun. After getting used to riding the horse inside the arena we went to the woods in their pasture area. The ride lasted almost an hour. It was a great experience.
Anyway, I was horse back riding with Kelly. She is mom's great niece who is here for a vacation. She loves horses so much and she is very knowledgeable about it. I never knew a thing about what she was talking.
All I know, for the first time, I have ridden a horse ( a big horse at that!)
