Taking Care of Our Car

The sticker that pasted in the windshield in front of the driver seat when we have the oil change of car is a reminder when will our car be due for another oil change. Most of the times, we always follow this schedule. If we are too busy that week, we always make sure that we change oil the moment we can fit it in our schedule. It is important for us to take care of our car because we know that car repairs can be expensive.

We also bring our car to the auto shop for tune up services. Sometimes, when we think that something is wrong with our car, we immediately bring it to the auto shop. We always wanted it to be fixed before any further damage. Another day or two could mean a difference in how much you will pay for it.

Our car is a Ford Escort. We have this car for a couple of years now but it never give us many troubles. When the time comes that I can drive a car well, I think we will consider buying a used Acura Integra. Since I am a new driver, I only wanted a used car. For me, it is not practical to use a brand new car for myself because I am not used to driving a car yet. I am confident that a used car will do just fine.

Anyway, I have a friend that bought a brand new luxury car as her first car but after few days of driving she had a minor accident. The repairs were costly even if she brought it to a reliable but affordable Houston Auto Repair Shop. Well, I guess if your car is expensive so is the repair and maintenance of it.

You should definitely try to find a shop owner who has completed the Automotive Training Institute's management training program. Chubby Frederick created the program and is an industry legend. He knows the ins and outs of the business and his team teaches it well!
