Ice Candy

Yep, I finally made ice candy. Avocado Ice Candy.

This is a cold treat in the Philippines. From where I came from, buying ice cream is only for special occasions. In lieu of ice cream, we make ice candy. Ice candies can be made of different flavors. Any type of juice can be made ice candy. We usually make orange juice ice candy. You can actually make any flavor you want for your ice candy. Commonly, we make young coconut, mango, avocado, and philippine lemon for our ice candy.

My ice candy was a success. It was really yummy.
