Fresh Fish

Nothing beats fresh fish..... sweet and yummy!

I can eat fish everyday. Perhaps because fish has always been a part of our daily meal when I was still in the Philippines. Fish is abundant there. I remember that before I moved here in the USA, I lived with my sister Lita. Most mornings (or afternoon), we go to the market to buy fresh fish and vegetables. We only buy meat once in a while.

When I got here, I was disappointed of how limited the choices of fish (most are fillet). I miss the usual fish (whole fish with head). Most of the fish are frozen too.

Anyway, I am lucky today because we went fishing and we were able to catch fish. This is the first time that I will have a fresh fish from our own fishing escapade.

I am happy tonight as I had fried fish and tomato/soysauce for dinner. The fish is really sweet just like the fish that I am used to way back in Pinas.

Note: I know I should have toasted the fish more...but I can't wait....lol

Wow, you and Rose are the same when eating fish. There would always be a partner of tomatoes with soy sauce, she also put pepper on it.
